Are you looking for the best advice column for life? Well I would highly suggest that you turn to the book of Proverbs found in the Bible. It contains answers to many questions that you will have in life. Wisdom is the theme of this book. Here are some life lessons I have learned from Proverbs chapter 9.

Wisdom is calling your name

Wisdom is freely available to everyone and it is reaching out to you today. I believe that God is the giver of wisdom and that the roadmap to life is found in the Bible. When you look into the Bible you will find valuable information that will fill you with deep knowledge. The Bible will not disappoint you.

Wisdom for dealing with others

It is a good thing to try to help a person get back on track when they are on the wrong path but sometimes this can get you in trouble. There are going to be people who will not want to listen and in the end you will just waste time trying to change them.

A person who truly wants wisdom will appreciate the good advice and stop to consider what they are doing and change their ways. When a person does not listen after a few tries the best thing to do is to just let them do their own thing and just pray for them.

Wisdom leads to a long happy life

Wisdom will save you from making a lot of costly mistakes and this will help you to live a longer and happier life. Now of course no one is guaranteed to live a long life but I would say that people who try to do the right and wise thing generally live longer and better lives.

Yes the bad things may look fun at the beginning but the result will not be fun at all. I would say to carefully look at the big picture before you do something becomes the result is what will matter the most.

Some extra thoughts

I hope that this has encouraged today to seek after wisdom. You can read my previous posts on the book of Proverbs here.
