Spotlight: Help a DeafBlind Teen Receive DeafBlind Services for the first Time in His Life

I recently saw an episode of Special Books by Special Kids about a 16-year old teen named Max. He is deafblind and is also intellectually delayed. I learned that he had never received deafblind services at school because he was deemed unable to learn any skills and also due to a lack of funds at the school for the program he would need.
